Instructions How to Upload/Download a case
STEP 1

-click on the link to access the web portal: https://customer.vhub24.com/auth/login
STEP 2

Enter the city where you are
-
Enter ID: perth@vhub24.com
-
Enter Password: admin@2023
STEP 3

Click on "Cases" on the top left Menu to create a case
STEP 4

Click "Create New Case" to create a new case

Enter your lab/clinic internal ID (if any)

Enter your instructions (if any)
-
Select the products from the menu
-
Enter the Quantity
-
Upload your scans file
-
Click the "Submit" icon to complete
STEP 6
-
Proceed to the Paypal payment to complete creating a case
STEP 7
-
Go back to the web portal in an hour to retrieve your CAD design
-
Click on the "Download" icon to download your designed files
