Instructions How to Upload/Download a case

  1. -click on the link to access the web portal: https://customer.vhub24.com/auth/login

  1. Enter the city where you are

  2. Enter ID: perth@vhub24.com

  3. Enter Password: admin@2023

  1. Click on "Cases" on the top left Menu to create a case

  1. Click "Create New Case" to create a new case

  1. Enter your lab/clinic internal ID (if any)

  2. Enter your instructions (if any)

  3. Select the products from the menu

  4. Enter the Quantity

  5. Upload your scans file

  6. Click the "Submit" icon to complete

  1. Proceed to the Paypal payment to complete creating a case

STEP 7

  1. Go back to the web portal in an hour to retrieve your CAD design

  2. Click on the "Download" icon to download your designed files
