Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the screen. 3. Enter your email address and create a password. 4. Fill in your lab/clinic information and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. 5. Click on the "Create Account" button. Once you have completed these steps, you should receive a confirmation email from Vhub24 CAD Design with a link to verify your account. Click on the link to complete the account verification process. If you encounter any issues during the sign-up process, please refer to the Vhub CAD Design's help documentation or contact their support team for assistance.
  • How to sign in/log in?
    To sign in or log in to your Vhub CAD Design account, you can follow these steps: 1. Go to the Vhub24 CAD Design website at: https://www.vhub24.com/login https://www.vhub24.ca/ login https://www.vhub24.com.au/ login https://www.vhub24.co.uk/ login https://www.vhub24.eu/ login 2. Click on the "Log In" button in the top right corner of the screen. 3. Enter the email address and password that you used to create your account. 4. Click on the "Log In" button. Once you have completed these steps, you should be logged in to your Vhub CAD Design account and have access to your account DASHBOARD and any design services that you have subscribed to. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your email address to receive instructions on how to reset your password.   • How to reset password?
    To reset your password for Vhub CAD Design services, you can follow these steps: 1. Go to the Vhub CAD Design website at: https://www.vhub24.com/password_reset https://www.vhub24.ca/password_reset https://www.vhub24.com.au/password_reset https://www.vhub24.co.uk/password_reset https://www.vhub24.eu/password_reset 2. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk mail folder. 6. Click on the password reset link in the email. 7. Enter your new password and confirm it. 8. Click on the "Reset Password" button. Once you have completed these steps, your password for Vhub CAD Design services will be reset, and you should be able to log in to your account with your new password. They will need to follow the instructions in the email to create their own account and accept the invitation. Please note that the user you are inviting must have a valid email address. If the user already has an account with Vhub CAD Design, they will be prompted to log in to their existing account when they accept the invitation.   • How to navigate around the Dashboard?
    The Vhub CAD Design dashboard is designed to help you easily manage your CAD designs and collaborate with team members. Here are some instructions on how to navigate around the dashboard: 1. Home: The home page is the main dashboard, which displays an overview of your projects, notifications, and recent activity. 2. Projects: The projects section allows you to view and manage your CAD designs. You can create new projects, open existing projects, share projects with team members, and upload and download project files. 3. Users: The users section allows you to manage the users who have access to your CAD designs. You can add or remove users, assign permissions to users, and manage user groups. 4. Account: The account section allows you to manage your Vhub CAD Design account settings, including your profile information, billing information, and subscription plan. 5. Help: The help section provides access to Vhub CAD Design's help documentation, support resources, and contact information. To navigate around the dashboard, simply click on the section you want to access from the left-hand menu. Within each section, you can use the sub-menus and buttons to perform different actions.
  • How to add company logo?
    To add a logo to your lab or clinic on Vhub CAD Design, you can follow these steps: 1. Log in to your Vhub CAD Design account. 2. Click on the "Account" tab on the left-hand side of the screen. 3. Click on the "Profile" tab. 4. Scroll down to the "Lab/Clinic Logo" section and click on the "Choose File" button. 5. Select the image file you want to use as your logo and click on the "Open" button. 6. Click on the "Save" button to save your changes. Once you have completed these steps, your lab or clinic logo will be displayed on your profile page and any projects or designs that you share with others. Please note that the logo image file must be in a supported format, such as JPG, PNG, or GIF, and should be no larger than 1MB in size. If you encounter any issues uploading your logo, please refer to the Vhub CAD Design's help documentation or contact their support team for assistance.
  • How to upload cases?
    To upload a case to Vhub CAD Design, you can follow these steps: 1. Log in to your Vhub CAD Design account. 2. Click on the "Projects" tab on the left-hand side of the screen. 3. Click on the "New Project" button. 4. Enter a name and description for your project. 5. Click on the "Create Project" button. 6. Click on the "Upload" button to upload your case files. 7. Select the files you want to upload and click on the "Open" button. 8. Once the files have finished uploading, click on the "Save" button to save your changes. Once you have completed these steps, your case files will be uploaded to your Vhub CAD Design project. You can then view, edit, and share your case with other users on the platform. Please note that the supported file types for case files include STL, OBJ, and PLY. If you encounter any issues uploading your files, please refer to the Vhub CAD Design's help documentation or contact their support team for assistance.
  • How to download cases?
    When the case is completed, the system will generate an email inform you about the case and proceed to download the case. You may be able to download them directly from the Vhub CAD design services platform. Check your account dashboard to see If the instructions indicate “COMPLETED”, your case is ready and download option becomes available. When you contact Vhub CAD design services, be sure to provide them with any relevant information about your project or order number, so they can locate your specific case and instructions. Additionally, be prepared to provide proof of purchase or other verification information if necessary to ensure that you are authorized to access the instructions.
